i feel the same way. people want me to take on less because it's going to hurt me, but some things you can't compromise on. i don't mind getting hurt for doing the right thing. and i think it's a good idea, taking some of the humans along. my world isn't always very peaceful, but it's better than this.

i'm really glad to know you, sonic. sometimes this place feels like an echo chamber. like the idea of taking an option other than causing pain is not just difficult, but impossible. but you know that's not true. you know that things can be better. that they should be better.

i think . . . maybe i needed the reminder, too.
